About Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre
Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre, based on the site of an old sand quarry with an idyllic woodland backdrop, is a fantastic facility for outdoor enthusiasts, both experienced and novice, and is just 15 minutes from Doncaster town centre.
A range of land based and water based activities are available for all ages and abilities, plus taster sessions, group activities, and public sessions.
You can camp with us too!
If you fancy a water based activity, we have paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, or katakanus with a number of craft available, including a Family Canoe that is ideal for families, or for those who want to explore the lake without the risk of capsizing!
Don't worry if you are new to any of the sports as you will be supervised by fully trained staff and lifeguards who are always on hand to provide help, advice, and reassurance.
If you would prefer to stay on land, we offer archery, climbing and axe throwing.
We can cater for group bookings too, so if you would like to celebrate a special day here, the staff will work hard to make it a memorable day for everyone.

A firm favourite for families and groups, our popular Aquapark is open all summer!
Make a splash, have fun and enjoy the water with this high-energy activity.
Lifejackets and wet suits are included in the price.
Age 7+, as long as they are able to swim out to the inflatable.

Take to the water. Campers and outdoor activity lovers can enjoy exploring the lake by hiring a kayak, a canoe, a paddle board, or a katakanu. Not sure which craft suits you best? Ask our qualified and experienced staff for their advise. You can also bring your own craft if you have the right insurance and licences.

Whether you're stopping by for breakfast, lunch or a quick bite, our café has something for everyone. Start your day with a hearty breakfast sandwich or a warming bowl of porridge, then choose from a range of delicious 12" sourdough pizzas, garlic bread, juicy burgers and tasty sides including skin-on fries, spiral fries and onion rings. We also offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring there is something to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
For younger visitors, our children's menu features favourites such as cod goujons, chicken nuggets, vegan dippers and vegan sausage.
