Alternatively, you can catch the Stagecoach bus 5 from Lincoln to Tattershall, which takes about 45 minutes.
By Car:
Driving to Tattershall Castle is straightforward and offers flexibility for families. If you’re coming from London, take the A1(M) northbound and exit onto the A17 towards Sleaford. Follow the A153 to Tattershall. From Nottingham, take the A46 northeast to Lincoln, then follow signs for the A15 and A153 towards Tattershall. The castle is well-signposted, and there is a large car park available on-site, making it convenient to park and begin your adventure.
By Bus:
If you’re travelling by bus, Tattershall Castle is accessible via local bus services. From Lincoln, take the Stagecoach bus 5 towards Boston, which stops at Tattershall Market Place.
