Long hair must be tied back. Please wear clothes you would be comfortable climbing in and no strappy tops especially for our smaller climbers who will be wearing a full body harness. Loose fitting clothing should ideally be removed or at least secured, i.e. cardigans buttoned up and headscarves tucked into tops. Footwear should be trainers, or a similar fully foot encompassing shoe with adjustable tightness i.e. NO flip flops, sandals, Crocs, Heelys, climbing shoes or dolly shoes. No Jewellery to be worn.
