About Highgrove Pool and Fitness Centre
Highgrove Pool & Fitness Centre is a great health and fitness hub for all the community, located close to to Ruislip High Street and Eastcote . Our 120+ station gym provides a great place to work out with cardio, strength and functional training areas and the fitness studio offers over 70+ weekly fitness classes for all abilities complete with a dedicated group cycle studio. You will be pleased to know there is also a GP referral scheme available if you have been referred from your Hospital. There 33 metres of swimming pool to glide down with plenty of room to perfect each stroke! There is a teaching pool as well which offers swimming lessons for all the family; including Water Workout sessions, Better Swim School lessons and birthday party bookings! Once you have finished channeling your fish-like energy into swimming, why not relax in the sauna and steam rooms? This fantastic centre offers something for all ages and abilities so pop in for a tour today.
