About Footgolf Rickmansworth
Footgolf is a rather addictive new sport combining the best of golf and football for a surreal sporting experience that quickly becomes your new favourite hobby! The fun combination of both sports means a player needs to incorporate football skills into playing the principles of golf, so the object of the game is to skillfully kick the ball from a teeing area into a larger hole in the fewest amounts of kicks possible. Simple! It's a par 3 course so nothing should completely stump the smalls and sneaky grown ups stand a chance of a hole in one....
Great fun for a family day out keeping the kids entertained with any age range, an excellent venue for sporty parties too.
Worth noting that football boots and blades are banned. They hire out footballs sizes 3 to 5 but you're also welcome to bring your own and it might be worth bringing a change of clothes too as they let you play in all weathers, just like the pros do!
They also run Kids' Holiday Camps during the summer so that's a great way to keep their interest going and keeping them fit and busy while they're missing school so terribly... ha!
