Cassiobury Park
Watford, HertfordshireAbout Cassiobury Park
You've all been there in the summer holidays when pennies are tight, yet the children need to get out of the house. It’s times like these that you really appreciate having a great local spot, like Cassiobury Park, on your doorstep.
With 190 acres of green space to explore it’s the largest public open space in Watford and is full of activities and areas that make the most of the outdoors. The Paddling Pool Playground is great for children up to the age of 14 with swings, zip wire, trampolines, a granite stone maze and lots of different slides. The Cha Cha Cha Playground is suitable for smaller children and toddlers up to the age of 6.
The paddling pools are the perfect spot to cool off on a warm day and there are bungee trampolines, a miniature railway and bouncy castle at a small additional cost. If you’d rather make use of the space to play your favourite sport you can use one of the five football pitches, have a game of cricket, tennis, basketball or even bowls for those who like a slightly slower pace! Come along and be as active or relaxed as you like, there's a day out waiting for everyone!
