One NK is a recently refurbished facility in North Hykeham, south of Lincoln. From a fantastic gym to a splashtastic swimming pool! Everyone can enjoy a workout or chillout here.
Fitness & Wellbeing
The recently refurbished gym has the very latest Technogym equipment. From resistance machines, free weights, cables and functional fitness equipment to dumbbells and more! You can work out any part of the body with all this variety!
The studio is also impressive with 25 fitness classes hosted each week, with a range of equipment to use. From calming and relaxing yoga to high-intensity HIIT and high-impact calorie work out.
Swimming Pool
You'll find the main pool that is 25m long and has 6 lanes. Perfect for those needing lengths to swim. There is also a flume here and a fantastic space for children to learn how to swim!
As well as the main pool, there's also a training pool for swimming lessons and a Magna Carta Splash. A new magical swimming area full of fun and adventure with a castle, horse slide and an island!
For something really special, discover the interactive selfie flume! The UK's first ever interactive slide, with a challenge to tap every marker as they zoom down dazzled with colourful flashing lights.
Sports Hall
For those who love sports, you'll find a fantastic space here. With a whole range of activities, from 4 badminton courts, 2 half-sized basketball/netball courts and more space for events too!
Not forgetting the 3g pitch that caters for 5 a-side and 9 a-side football and hockey! They're also floodlit and goals are available for both sports. So, it's game on!
Terry O'Toole Theatre
Alongside their leisure facilities, they also run a Community interaction within the North Kesteven District. Holding performances in the Terry O’Toole Theatre, to Senior sports sessions and GP Referral scheme with GLL Healthwise.
