Visit some of your farmyard favourites on one of London’s largest city farms.
Newham City Farm is home to horses, alpacas and birds of prey, as well as some smaller furry friends including rabbits and guinea pigs. Older children can get their hands dirty on the young volunteer scheme and spend their weekends or holidays feeding, grooming and taking care of the animals; while children of all ages can get involved at the family gardening and nature club.
Children are also given the chance to learn all about agriculture and wildlife, as the farm works closely with local schools to provide children with a hands-on farming experience.
There’s lots of farming fun to be had at Newham City Farm!
