For water lovers, the centre boasts two fantastic swimming pools. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a fun family splash, help the little ones build confidence in the water, or take on some serious lengths, the pools provide a safe and welcoming environment for all abilities. Family swim sessions, lessons and casual swims mean the whole household can get involved.

Make a splash in two accessible pools
Swim, practise or enjoy a family session in the 25-metre main pool or the smaller teaching pool. Both have accessible changing facilities and Pool Pods to support visitors who need help entering the water.
Let little ones climb, slide and explore
The three-storey soft play area gives children a safe, energetic space to play, with slides, tunnels and climbing features. A separate toddler and baby zone helps younger visitors play at their own pace.
Choose an active day for every age
Beyond swimming and soft play, families can make use of the sports hall, running track, football pitches and varied activity programme. It is a practical all-weather option for keeping children active in Newham.
