The main pool offers plenty of space for older kids to swim and play, while younger children can enjoy the learner pool in a safe and supervised setting. Whether your child is confident in the water or just starting out, it's a relaxed and fun environment for the whole family.

You don’t need to book in advance – just check the centre’s timetable for the latest session times and drop in when it suits you. The leisure centre also has a café for a post-swim snack or drink, and changing facilities are available on-site.

These dedicated sessions allow young people to use the gym with guidance from a qualified fitness instructor, ensuring they learn how to use the equipment safely while getting a great workout.

Available every day of the week:

Weekdays: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Weekends: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Whether your child is new to the gym or already interested in fitness, Junior Gym is a great way to encourage healthy habits in a supportive setting.

Important: On their first visit, all juniors will need to complete a gym induction with an instructor.

Booking: Sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance through the Better UK app or online.
