About The Plumstead Centre

Hey, looking for a fun place to hang out and stay active? The Plumstead Centre is where you need to be! Whether you’re all about sports, arts, or just looking to chill with friends, this awesome spot has it all—fitness, dance, performing arts, and even a library to relax in. It’s the perfect place for kids and teens to get moving, try something new, or just have a blast with friends.

The Plumstead Centre is located in a super cool building that’s a mix of old and new. It’s been freshly refurbished, but many of the building’s original features from the early 1900s have been kept, which gives it a unique, vintage vibe. But don’t worry, it’s packed with modern facilities, too! The Centre has everything from a 33-station gym with top-notch equipment to two dance studios where you can show off your moves.

Join Their Performing Arts Classes

For those kids who love to sing, dance and act, there's no better place to practise their creative skills than at the Plumstead Centre and performing arts classes!

Every new student can also enjoy a free taster class!

Soft Play

Looking for a fun and exciting day out with the kids? Look no further! Our soft play areas are designed to ensure your little ones have a fantastic time in a safe and welcoming environment. 🎉

We have two separate soft play zones tailored to different age groups:

Under 3’s Soft Play Area: A specially designed space for the tiniest adventurers to explore, with soft, safe play equipment perfect for little hands and feet.

3-7 Years Soft Play Area: A bigger and bouncier area for the slightly older kids, featuring more challenging obstacles and fun activities to keep them entertained for hours.

Your children’s safety and enjoyment are our top priority, so please remember that all children must be supervised by an adult at all times while they play. It’s also important to carefully read through our soft play rules before you start your play session to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

For added safety and comfort, please bring non-slip socks for all children using the soft play areas. These are a must to help keep those little feet steady while they climb, jump, and slide to their heart's content.

Sports Hall Activities

Looking for a fun and active day out with the kids? Our Racket Sports Hall is the perfect place to get everyone moving and having a blast! We offer a variety of exciting racket sports that are great for all ages: Badminton, a fast-paced, fun game where you can challenge friends and family to a friendly match; Table Tennis, perfect for beginners or seasoned players looking for lively competition; and Tennis, ideal for families to enjoy a game together or for the kids to learn and improve their skills.

Our sports hall provides a safe, supervised environment where kids can improve their coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship, all while having a great time. These activities are perfect for burning off energy and keeping the whole family active!

What to bring: Comfortable clothing and sports shoes, a racket (or feel free to borrow one from us), and lots of energy and a positive attitude! Whether you're a family of pros or just looking to have some fun, our racket sports activities are the perfect way to spend quality time together. We can’t wait to see you on the courts for a day full of laughter and excitement!
