Own a Pony Days and Stable Management classes will also help your horse lover become proficient in their care as well as let them pretend for a few glorious hours that they own their own pony… It's a great learning experience but also loads of fun, kids and ponies tend to bond particularly fast and well.
In fact horses are so widely acknowledged for their soothing qualities that they are often used in therapy, and Docklands are Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) affiliated and pack RDA qualified staff. The special lessons tend to be group only so worth a call to ask around.
