Everyone loves wild bottlenose dolphins

We are very lucky that hundreds of bottlenose dolphins thrive in our local waters. You can jump on one of our boats and within minutes be enjoying a once on a lifetime encounter with dolphins in the wild.

The shallow, sheltered waters of Cardigan Bay are recognised as having the largest residential population of bottlenose dolphins in the UK.

Every year we see dolphins living their natural life in the wild, raising their young, chasing fish to the surface of the water, sometimes breaching up to four metres in the air and all this within just a few metres of our boats.

We can't guarantee dolphins on every trip but that's what makes it all the more magical when a dolphin approaches our boat and pops its head above the water to look you in the eye.

We provide free places onboard for the Sea Watch Foundation, a marine conservation charity who monitor the dolphins here and all aorund the U.K.

The first double decker dolphin spotting boat in west Wales

We have built a brand new, double decker dolphin spotting boat which provides unparalleded views of the wildlife both on the water and on the cliffs. Our boat 'Suncatcher' also offers fabulous amounts of shelter on the lower deck and has an indoor area where you can purchase hot and cold drinks and snacks during the trip.

Visit Wales Gold Award for Excellence across all areas

We are delighted to be the first and only wildlife boat trip operator in our county to be recognised by 'Visit Wales' as a 'Quality Assured Attraction' this year and in addition to be presented with a 'gold award' for demonstrating 'excellence across all areas'. This puts us in the top ten percent of the 300 attractions in wales which have put themselves forward for the quality assurance inspections. This award is a mark of how much care our excellent staff put into making sure your time with us is a memorable one.
