About Make & Paint Pottery & Jewellery Class
Join Carys Boyle Ceramics for classes which are suitable for all. The cute log cabin studio is situated a mile from Aberystwyth town centre and is available for small groups up to 8 people.
The Make & Paint Pottery classes are a favourite for making a range of things using Cornish Porcelain Clay, including fairy doors & toadstools (a firm favourite) to beach themed holiday souvenirs. The items are fired in the kiln ready for collection within a few days or can be posted to you.
The jewellery classes teach you how to make items from Polymer class and you will leave the class with 3 beautiful items of jewellery.
All classes are suitable for adults to join in and the price is £20 per person.
The studio can be booked for private birthday parties.
A great way for kids to learn the whole pottery process
The children will start the session with a piece of clay which they will shape into the design of their choice, then paint coloured glazes onto the surface before the work is fired in the kiln.
Time away from the screen.
With busy dirty little hands they won't even think about wanting to use devices! This class encourages creativity under the instuction of a proffessional ceramic artist the possiblities are endless.
Rainy day activity
Great chance to sit in a cosy & cute log cabin studio and relax and get creative from making treats for themselves to holiday souvinirs to give to family & friends.
