Llanerchaeron, a beautifully preserved 18th‑century Georgian villa near Aberaeron, offers a rare glimpse into the past. This remarkable estate, cared for by the National Trust, has remained largely unchanged for over 200 years. Designed by the renowned architect John Nash, it is a rare example of a self‑sufficient Welsh country estate where history, nature and family fun come together in one unforgettable day out.
Things to Do at Llanerchaeron

Home Farm at Llanerchaeron

The Home Farm complex is home to traditional breeds, including Llanwenog sheep, rare pigs, ducks, chickens, and Seren and Tomos – the much‑loved Welsh cobs who have been part of the estate for years. The closest train station is he closest train station to Llanerchaeron is Aberystwyth railway station. Aberystwyth is approx. 17 miles (27 kilometers) north of Llanerchaeron. You would have to take a taxi or the T1 bus to Llanerchaeron.
