About King Arthurs Labyrinth
King Arthur’s Labyrinth is a magical underground experience led by costumed characters, installations and legends of yore. Will you live to tell the tale? Only the labyrinth knows...
Travel deep under the mountain where you’ll be greeted by a mysterious boatman; he'll sail you on your quest through a waterfall and way back to the Dark Ages. As you leave the boat you'll be guided through immense caverns and tunnels where ancient Welsh tales are told and brought to life with dramatic scenes, light and sound effects.
As you're guided along the underground tunnels and through the vast caverns, ancient Welsh legends are brought to life. The stories told include:
The tale of Merlin discovering a Red and White Dragon found fighting beneath the collapsing foundations of a Welsh King's castle.
The story of the sunken lands of Catre'r Gwaelod near Borth, where still, it is said, you can still hear the town's bells ringing.
The legend of the fight between King Arthur and his evil Nephew Mordred and Arthur's final journey to Avalon.
Get ready to explore Dragon River; without giving anything away, your adventures underground may disturb the fiery guardians of the Labyrinth. Escape their clutches if you ever want to return safely to the outside world.
Immersive underground experience with Mythical characters and stories brought to life. Thrilling Dragon River!
King Arthur's Labyrinth includes a boat ride and a 1/2 mile steady walk with regular stops to enjoy the ancient legends. The temperature is always cool underground so wrap up warm and wear good footwear too.
