About Lea Green Centre

Lea Green Centre is a magical place for children! Set in the heart of Derbyshire countryside it comprises a mansion house that resembles Hogwarts, 25 acres to explore and exciting experiences around every corner – children can't fail to be thrilled from the moment they arrive! Activities include; high and low ropes courses, team swing, climbing tower, bushcraft, buggies and orienteering. Pre-booking of any activities is essential.

Adventure Days run during most of the school holidays and are an affordable, active alternative to childcare. Participants can come along on their own or with friends to take part in a wide range of activities. The days are all about having fun, working as a team and making great friends!

You can also come to Lea Green Centre for action packed parties! Choose to be an explorer or an adventurer in the great outdoors for the day with your friends or you can take over our indoor soft play area! Catering is available as an extra option (including a cake!)

Events run throughout the year that are centred around family fun and inclusion – with activities for all ages and abilities!

The site is accessible for children with additional needs and inclusive activities include wheelchair abseil, adapted buggies and a fully accessible ropes course with zip wire. Activ-ability days filled with fun accessible activities to get involved in run on selected dates.

Meadow Lodge is a purpose built bungalow on-site, designed for people with additional needs and disabilities. The accessible accommodation is ideal for family breaks, holidays and carers providing respite.
