Golden Gecko climbing is an exciting climbing centre in Romsey.
Come down and see what the Centre has to offer. They have 190m2 of climbing plus 150m2 of bouldering, a central climbing tower and a Challenge Wall. Complete beginners can use the Challenge Wall with its auto-belays while more experienced climbers may enjoy the tower which allows for both top roping and lead climbing.
Climbing is the newest Olympic sport and is great for all round body fitness as well as fun! The great value Energy Bar is open for barista coffee, teas, cold drinks and a selection of delicious hot and cold food.
They also hold fantastic parties for children, where you have exclusive use of the Challenge Wall for an hour and a party room which you can use afterwards. They can cater for your party or you can bring your own food. They also run after school climbing clubs for youngsters aged 5-16 throughout the week. These sessions are fully supervised by our experienced and friendly instructors. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential!
Please note, the minimum age to climb is 5 years. All climbers aged 5-18 must be accompanied by an adult (max 2 children per adult).

They are within 5 minutes walk of Romsey train station and there is a bus station in Romsey with links to many surrounding areas.
