Inspired by ITV’s hit programme, you and your family have the opportunity to train up and become the supreme ninja champions. Develop your agility, strength and discipline with a broad selection of challenges. Throw yourself into the world of ancient espionage, the art of surprise and become a master of deception. You can climb, balance, jump and swing across an array of unique, purpose-built indoor obstacle courses, designed to develop your inner ninja warrior! Are you ready for a fitness challenge like no other?
With their 1-hour or 2-hour sessions, you can unleash your energy on the famous Warped Wall, where the ambitious competitor must prove their ninja stamina and strength by reaching the heights of the 14.5ft wall. Could you beat the wall and become the UK’s next Ninja Warrior?
Did you know you can also hold birthday parties there? Where you'll get 1 hour on the Ninja Park, 45 minutes in your own private room (with a party host) and a party buffet to fill all those rumbly tummies! It's THE party venue and adventure park for a brilliant time with friends and family!

Food & Drink
After tackling great challenges and releasing your inner ninja, have you satisfied your growling stomach? Everyone needs strength, even Ninjas who need to combat obstacle courses and beat the dreaded wall... So, there's no better place to grab some food than the nice cafe for refreshments and tasty food! Whether you need to refuel or are happy watching your ninjas jump and bounce from the cafe seating area.

Located on the Antelope Retail Park, on Bursledon Road, Southampton SO19 8NE, you'll find Ninja Warrior UK Southampton next to Lidl. Car parking there is free for a maximum stay of 3 hours!
