About Go Ape Southampton

If you're looking for an action-packed day out for adventure seekers or zipline fanatics, then you'll find, sitting right next to the beautiful River Itchen, Go Ape Southampton! An incredible outdoor attraction that not only offers three family-friendly high ropes adventures with stunning views over meadows and woodlands that are totally worth pausing for, BUT an hour of axe-throwing fun!

Explore the beautiful forest, head for heights and embrace ground-based adventures for all ages - at Go Ape Southampton!

Returning this autumn - Sundown Adventures!

Back by popular demand. Experience tree top thrills in a whole new light across 25 locations for a limited time between 17th October and 9th November. Go Ape Sundown Adventures offer a new level of forest fun in the dark. Become a creature of the night as you climb through the canopy on a high ropes course lit with colourful lights. Test your skills on tree top crossings and experience the thrill of a zip wire ride into the darkness. It's a unique opportunity to enjoy the forest's beauty and experience the adrenaline rush of adventure after dark. The experience takes one to two hours, and the Go Ape team are around to help throughout. It starts with a safety briefing and harness fitting. For ages 6 and up (minimum height 1.2 metres) this is an adventure that will delight kids and adults alike.

Brand New Treetop Adventure Plus

For those thrill-seeking families who have kids aged 6-10, you can experience high-wired fun with the Treetop Adventure Plus! Where they'll have more freedom, greater heights and more adrenaline based fun.

Stress-Busting Activity

Need to let off some steam? Scream like a Viking as you swing your axe straight at the target! Axe throwing is a fantastic on-the-ground activity that has all the thrills, without all the height.

Itchen Valley Country Park

After all your Go Ape-ventures, head to the country park to explore some of the 440 acres of transcent meadows and woodlands. There's so much to see and experience. Like the Keepers Trail, Nature Detective Trail and the Tree Trail! It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in nature.

Plus, Itchen Valley is easily accessible via train, car and bus - so there's no excuse!
