A state-of-the-art TIVO system allows divers to watch their performance with a time-delayed replay from video feedback. Plus, they have excellent studio facilities for dryland training, including keyboards and a trampoline.

Those looking to improve their swimming skills will be able to at the fantastic swimming pool! It offers diving lessons, private sessions, junior swimming lessons and family swimming too! There are also 30-minute taster sessions open to people aged between 4 and 6 for mini monkeys sessions, 6 and 13 years old for children's sessions or 14 and 17 years old for teenage sessions. There's also family sessions available so you can all try it together!
