Attraction Information

Step into the exotic at Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre.

This animal rescue centre is a registered charity that offers sanctuary to exotic animals and birds of prey, as well as a hospital unit for the treatment of wild raptors. There are over 30 different species of bird of prey, primate, reptile, invertebrate, raccoons, cats and many more living here and the centre is completely committed to providing the very best in care and welfare for every furry or scaly friend that crosses their door.

Always developing, the centre looks to make a connection with the community to support the development and improvement of enclosures and continually develop their projects. Visitors can get even closer to the animals and learn about their stories with extra experiences, available at an additional cost and the whole area is wheelchair friendly.
