World of Wedgwood is a unique visitor experience celebrating the very best of British industrial and design heritage, set in 240 acres of beautiful Staffordshire countryside!
Visitors can watch artisan craftsmen at work in the Wedgwood Factory and discover how clay turns into a beautiful piece of Wedgwood. Additionally, you can explore one of the finest ceramics collections in the world with a visit to the award-winning Wedgwood Museum, displaying over 3000 artefacts dating back to 1759 when Josiah Wedgwood founded the company.
As well as the Factory and Museum, the bravest visitors can get their hands dirty and try their hand at the potter's wheel to make their very own Wedgwood masterpiece or become a Wedgwood designer for the day and create their very own design, which will then be applied to a piece of pottery to take home. Afterwards, why not visit the indoor and outdoor Wedgwood-themed play areas for children of all ages, with willow sculptures designed by Tom Hare.
Mums and Dads can browse the wide selection of beautiful Wedgwood pieces in the Flagship Store, Factory Outlet and Museum Shop, or relax and indulge with the ultimate English Afternoon Tea experience or enjoy delicious local produce in The Dining Hall.
