We welcome everyone from 6 to 106 on the water, no matter if you’re a beginner or a pro, physically restricted or visually impaired, unsure or over-excited – everyone deserves to experience the freedom and fun of being out on the water. Brought to you by charity Children’s Sailing Trust (CST), all adult and youth sailing courses and powerboating operate from our Helford River location, supported by our new purpose-built site at Trevassack Lake, where the majority of our accessible watersports activities and land-based events take place, just ten minutes from Helston on the Lizard peninsula.

Free car park with disabled access - limited spaces so car sharing appreciated. Please park sensibly! Closest bus stop ten minute roadside walk.

The access to the water is for paid activities only - it is not suitable for paddling. Dogs are allowed on site on a lead. This is a private site with holiday accommodation and deep, unfenced water - children to be supervised at all times.

CST have been helping disadvantaged children learn lifeskills through sailing since 1997! All purchases through our not-for-profits, CST Experiences & Trevassack Hols, support the work of the charity.
Our Trevassack Lake site is fully accessible
Anything one person can try, every other person can try. Our watersports are fully inclusive and our staff experienced in helping people with both physical and mental challenges.
