TOLGUS TIN MILL & EXHIBITION
Free to visit, come and discover how the millers smelt the tin ore extracted from the onsite Tolgus stream and local mines; witness first-hand the awesome power of the stamping machinery and learn all about the keen ingenuity of the men who cleverly extracted tin from simple sand, mud and water.
DRESS UP
Get into character in our dress-up section and become a Tin Miller or a Bal Maiden.
THE CORNISH PANTRY
Delicious homemade food that everyone will enjoy while surrounded by Cornish History. Dogs welcome.
JEWELLERY WORKSHOP

Educational and loads of fun. Net your own oyster and discover the pearl within! Our team can then set it into a beautiful piece of jewellery for them to treasure forever.

Come and discover our latest activity where you can be in with a chance of finding a £200 diamond! Simply pick out a gem from our glass pyramid and find out if it’s a dazzling cubic zirconia or a diamond. Then, choose an optional setting or box to take home and treasure what you found.
