Newton Equestrian

Newton Equestrian offer a variety of well mannered mounts for lessons, which are available for a range of ages. Their facilities include indoor and outdoor sand school, jumping paddock, plus main and practice country courses. Fully equipped, then, for whatever level of riding action you're up for!

Kiddies' walk outs are usually held in the big field so it's nice and isolated, but should it be terrifically muddy they have a side route of quiet lanes and paths planned out which also happily takes you past sheep and cows and has beach views. So it's win win!

Scenic and beach hacks are available for the experienced plus trekking and cross country rides available, subject to an assessment of your riding abilities, just for safety. A beautiful way to enjoy the local countryside made unforgettable by the soothing company or horses.

They also have a dedicated and registered Pony Club, with Pony Club Days which include a half hour lesson, one hour hack, and stable management including tack cleaning, grooming and bedding down. Brilliant for this skids who never want to leave the stables and want to pretend they own their own!

As a bonus if you're taking a younger sibling along who can't (or won't!) participate then they also have a Pet's Corner left over from their days as a farm! This happy little corner of the gig largely consists of fluffy lambs, cute piglets and cheerful chickens, some of whom you can handle. Enough to keep the wee one busy while the bigger job enjoys their ride!
