Kennack Sands

This unusual silver sand and shingle beach really is divided in two: the bigger, western beach is is sandy and has all the facilities, and is well known as a safe swimming and surfing spot with 5ft waves in good conditions.

There are interesting walks along the South West Coast Path to the Mesolithic and Iron Age hill settlements at Podowrian.

Lifeguard cover May to September.

Amenities include toilets, cafe and shop. Immediate vicinity pay parking available.
