About Paradise Park and JungleBarn

Treat your family to a wonderful wildlife day out at Paradise Park in Hayle!

This family run award-winning sanctuary is set in exotic gardens with over 1,200 stunning birds to meet – spectacular parrots, flamingos, penguins, Red-billed choughs, golden and bald eagles, plus rare red pandas, cute otters, red squirrels, and tiny harvest mice. Meet mini donkeys, pygmy goats, sheep and guinea pigs in the Fun Farm – all adorable family favourites.

The huge indoor JungleBarn play centre is fabulous fun whatever the weather. With giant slides, suspended rope bridge, fireman’s pole, spinning discs, multi-level soft play with lots of climbing and sliding, challenging soft play and toddlers’ zone it’s great fun for all the family.

Summer close encounter experience feeding lorikeet parrots

A wonderful close encounter experience. Option to buy small pots of nectar to help feed the forty plus little Lorikeet parrots that come swooping out from their enclosure down onto the awaiting crowd in their walk-through aviary in the walled garden.

Summer amazing flying shows

The amazing 'Eagles of Paradise Display' features birds like Dakota the Bald Eagle, Tangee the Palm-nut Vulture, Angelo the Bateleur Eagle and more. Plus, the very entertaining and educational afternoon 'Free Flying Bird Show' with stunning macaws, Amazon parrots, Red-billed Choughs and more.

Rare and endangered species

Over 700 stunning parrots to see at the Park including the indigo-coloured Lear’s Macaw and the very rare Mitchell's Lorikeet – the only place in the UK to see these species. Wildlife conservation is at the heart of Paradise Park. The World Parrot Trust, based at the Park, has helped ensure the survival of 80 species of parrot in 43 countries and Operation Chough, expert in breeding choughs for release projects in Jersey and southern England. You’ll have a wonderful and worthwhile day out at Paradise Park.
