Mylor Sailing School, based near Falmouth in Cornwall is the perfect place to start dinghy and keelboat sailing. Lots of children's sailing sessions and courses available all year round. Working towards the RYA certificates to gain their stages. Why not try our children's fun sessions like Swallows and Amazons at the weekends between April and October? The purpose of this club allows children from 6 years and upwards and of any ability to meet others and explore and have fun, searching out the beaches, local estuaries, creeks and rivers whilst learning the ways of the sea. During the session some skills will be learnt along-side the related games offered by our experience instructors. The idea is to provide a fun filled introduction to sailing also building water confidence and safety awareness with lots of games and getting wet! Family Sailing: The chance to learn something together! The purpose of these sessions are to enjoy new adventures together in this beautiful environment with the chance to get afloat with the safety and skill of our instructors. No prior experience is required and ages 6 years through to grandparent can be catered for, so the whole family can enjoy it together.
We also have experienced sailor session at the weekends throughout the year. Children have to be at the level of RYA Stage 3 or above for this session.
