Did you know there is now a modern 100+ station gym? With a whole host of fitness equipment, there's something for everyone. Whether it's cardiovascular machines like a treadmill and rowers to resistance equipment, a big free weights area and a dedicated stretching area!
There's also an outdoor gym and a power plate zone!
And if you like to cycle with friends, try out the group cycle studio! With a number of instructor-led classes you can choose any, as well as the hundreds of classes available on the on-demand player. Tour the world, climb and sprint! Last but not least, there were 2 more studios with a range of fitness classes to get stuck into - depending on your favourite kind of workout! No matter your level, there's something for everyone.
Sports Hall & Pool
Fancy a game? Head to the sports hall that features 6 badminton courts, 2 football courts and 2 basketball courts! You can even play table tennis and hold events that seat up to 300 people! The young kids can also try out junior activities too, like gymnastics and basketball! If you're into squash, you'll find 2 squash courts at the centre that come with a viewing balcony!
Looking for a splashing good time? Jump into the pool, whether it's the 25m main pool with 8 lanes, the 25m long training pool with 6 lanes, movable floor and swimming lessons or the toddler pool perfect for those under 5! With soft water toys and water features to enjoy, your kids will love it!
Creche
If you need someone to look after your kids under 5 while you take to the gym or pool, no need to worry. With the Creche, your kids will be well cared for!
Health Suite
Want to relax after your workout? The Health Suite has 2 saunas, a steam room and a Jacuzzi. So, you can relax, refresh and rejuvenate after a hard workout session!

There's a cosy café for those needing a nibble and pick me up after a long session. With a replaced atmosphere, you can sit back with a range of hot and cold snacks and refreshments.
