Things To Do At Calshot Activities Centre

Calshot Activities Centre is one of the largest outdoor adventure centres in the UK, and its stunning views give guests instant access to the country's most popular watersports location!

The Tallest Climbing Wall in the South

Over 1200sqm of climbing awaits you at Calshot. They have sessions, courses and memberships avalable for climbers of all levels and abilities. Pay-as-you-go climbing is available throughout the week for more seasoned climbers.

For children, they also have Take Off and Laser Climb sessions available for their first steps into wall climbing!

Exciting Watersports Centre on the Solent

Calshot is the Solent's premier sailing and watersports centre!

With access to both sheltered and more challenging water, Calshot can provide an experience that’s second to none in terms of excitement, enjoyment and skills development – whatever your pace.

They also have watersports season that run from April - October, when the water is more welcoming.

Activities include kayaking, salining, windsurfing, winging and powerboating with all the equipment and training you need to get started.

Indoor Ski Slope

Their indoor ski slope is perfect for all ages and abilities, with ski and snowboarding courses to Ringo sessions for the kids!

Get ready for your first skiing trip or holiday with their beginner courses, available for adults and children to take part in. Private lessons are also available at the centre.

Family favourite Ringo sessions are also a perfect weekend activity for the kids as they zoom down the slope in an inflatable ring. Why not make the experience into a birthday party?

By Train

The nearest train station to Calshot Activities Centre is Southampton Central Station.

By Bus

From Southampton Central Station, take Bluestar Bus 9 to Hythe Ferry Terminal (around 40 minutes).

By Car

From Southampton, take the A35 towards Totton, then follow the A326 south towards Fawley and Calshot. Follow signs for Calshot Spit - the centre is located at the very end of the road.
