About Littledown Miniature Railway
Visitors are welcome on running days to come and experience the Littledown Miniature Railway, situated to the rear of the Littledown Centre. They are open to the public on Sunday and Wednesday for weather determined periods and offer a jaunty little ride for trainspotters of all ages.
The raised track is suitable for running 7 ¼, 5, and 3 ½ inch gauge locomotives so true enthusiasts have a lot to look at. It is suitable for passenger hauling and they welcome families for rides but please note the limited public access hours.
Behind the sports centre is a park in which you will find duck ponds, paddling pool and playground with swings so most kids will find plenty to see and do here.
