Enjoy fantastic views of the Jurassic COastline from on board the Bark Endeavour Whitby, an authentic replica of Captain James Cook's HMS Endeavour recreated to 40% scale! As well as following in Cook's path you stand a good chance of also seeing seals, sea birds, dolphins, porpoises and whales! Journey around Whitby Harbour and along the coastline to Sandsend whilst listening to tales of Whitby's history, traditional sea shanties and all about the life of Captain Cook. There's loads of interesting detail available that it's great fun to hear about and great secret schooling to learn about. The Captain of the replica is experienced, certified and insured with safety features and contingency plans in place so you're in for a nice safe trip, plus you can bring the dog along free of charge so long as Rover is well behaved. The trips are subject to weather conditions so best bet is to ring ahead before leaving and check everything is tikitiboo for the day. You can find the Bark Endeavour moored at the Fish Quay in Whitby Harbour.
