Ashby Leisure Centre and Lido offer a great range of facilities and sports to keep you and your family active. This recently refurbished leisure centre in Ashby features a main pool, a teaching pool and an outdoor lido swimming pool where you can enjoy casual swim sessions or join Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons! The swim teachers are all Swim England (or equivalent) qualified, and swimming lessons are available for any age from just four months old.
But that's not all, in the warmer months, you can enjoy ‘Ashby-by-the-Sea’ – featuring the glorious heated outdoor pool and children’s beach play area with sand toys and climbing equipment! It really can't get any better than that.
Although, if you prefer to stay on dry land, why not come and enjoy the skate park and the outdoor football pitches instead? All the fun for the kids to enjoy throughout the summer! The leisure centre also offers supervised gym sessions for 11-15-year-olds to enjoy at dedicated time slots.

Ashby Leisure Centre & Lido features the only lido in Leicestershire. Situated in the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, the outdoor lido swimming pool offers a fun location to enjoy during those hot summer days.
The pool, which was first opened in 1929, has undergone a significant transformation during the period of closure on the back of a customer consultation exercise and subsequent investment from the centre’s operators, Everyone Active.
This fantastic facility is the perfect place to while away the summer months. Whether you want to enjoy the cooling water or relax by the poolside, it’s ideal for everyone, especially children and families.
The 30m by 10m heated main pool is available for fun public swimming sessions throughout the summer season, while it can also be hired for parties and other private events. Everyone Active now also offer an Ashby-by-the-Sea sandpit feature with climbing frame and catering hub available for refreshments.
