Stay longer, save more - Short Breaks at Alton Towers

One day at Alton Towers is brilliant. Two days is unforgettable.

If you're thinking about making a proper break of it, Alton Towers Resort has five uniquely themed places to stay - all on site, all steps from the rides. The iconic Alton Towers Hotel puts you right in the heart of the resort, while Splash Landings Hotel is the one for families who want easy access to the Waterpark. For something a little different, the Enchanted Village Woodland Lodges and Stargazing Pods offer a more secluded, nature-filled stay - perfect for families who want to slow down between the thrills.

And then there's the CBeebies Land Hotel - the UK's only CBeebies-themed hotel, where bedrooms are designed around your children's favourite characters and the magic starts long before you reach the park gates.

Short Break packages include a delicious breakfast, free Extraordinary Golf, and free car parking - which alone saves you £13 to £15 compared with a standard day visit. Packages start from £44 per person.

If you're already planning a day visit, it's worth checking whether a Short Break works out better value for your family before you book.

Seasonal Events & Themed Accomodation

Alton Towers Resort hosts a range of seasonal events, including the legendary Scarefest, world-class Fireworks, and our magical Christmas celebration.

Discover our five fantastically themed accommodations, including the wonderful Alton Towers Hotel, totally tropical Splash Landings Hotel, spellbinding Enchanted Village, mesmerizing Stargazing Pods, and the UK’s only CBeebies Land Hotel. The story continues with unforgettable live entertainment, a splashtastic Waterpark, and Extraordinary Golf. With loads of stays to choose from, it's the ultimate UK family holiday.

Bluey the Ride: Here Come the Grannies!

For the first time ever a Bluey junior coaster made for kiddos and big imaginations! Bluey and Bingo dressed up as the Grannies, Janet and Rita, get up to some grannies-themed mischief through Bluey’s backyard, whisking you over gentle dips, around turns, and through colourful trees, flowers, and playful surprises.

Spot Bluey’s House in the interactive queue, take selfies, and enjoy fun play activities before your ride. And that’s not all, Bluey super-fans can meet Bluey and her family at the Bluey Live experience within Big Fun Show Time or stay for the ultimate Bluey sleepover at the award-winning CBeebies Land Hotel.

Watch your children’s faces light up, as you share giggle-packed first coaster memories together. A colourful, playful adventure for the whole family awaits!
