Abington Park
About Abington Park
Abington Park sits on the site on a medieval village, with some buildings surviving over 7 centuries!
The park contains 2 lakes, one former boating lake and a connecting stream. There are often ducks here who will happily relieve you of your crusts, and other birds worth bringing the binoculars for if you're a twitchy sort.
The landscape here also features a specific 'garden for the blind', though of course you may visit too, with fragrant and pleasantly textured plants and flowers for your stroking and sniffing pleasure!
