Attraction Information
Rookery Open Farm is a commercial sheep and cattle farm that has been made accessible for families so they can learn all about farming method in a safe and fun environment!
It’s a real treat to get close to animals and even participate in looking after them! If you time your visit between 19th March – 30th April you’ll hit lambing and calving season, which means you may get to actually watch some of these babies being born! Farm staff offer guided tours that offer ‘hands-on’ sessions with the animals helping to increase children’s confidence around them.
Enjoy even more contact with pygmy goats and cows to name a few in the large pets corner before embracing playtime on the two bouncy castles, the outdoor play area, undercover sand pit and finally get on four wheels on the miniature tractors or go karts!
