Take your children for a swim to remember in the Leisure Pool! Tackle a twisting water slide, floats, flume rides and a phenomenal wave machine! Your kids will learn to swim with freedom and grow in confidence in the water. However, If you’re not looking to brace the mighty inflatables then there is plenty to do for younger children in the 'baby waves' sessions. These adorable sessions will build your water baby's confidence in no time.

If it's normal swimming lessons you're after you can head to the main swimming pool once you've bought lessons online. Swimming lessons start from ages 12 months and up; all children under the age of 4 must be accompanied in the water by a parent or guardian. You can expect a structured lesson programme that aligns with Swim England. Pick from children's swimming lessons (school-age children), baby and toddler swimming sessions (children aged 3 months - 4 years), crash courses, and adult swimming lessons.

And if you fancy exercising in the leisure centre's gym area, go fit! Layer your fitness with lots of fun fitness classes. Fitness classes are great for pre-work and post-work workouts. You can come with friends or solo, up to you! There are 60 classes, 4 studios and 5 instructors in total. Enhance your fitness with strength and core classes, mind and body classes, aerobics, cycling, dance or aqua classes! Kick off your day with some relaxing yoga, feel the burn in Boxfit or push yourself to your limit in the circuit training classes. Never restrict yourself when it comes to exercise or activity type, just go for it and try as many different things as possible!

If you head to the gym area you can expect to find all of the best gym equipment from resistance machines, free weights and cardio trainers for you to meet your fitness goals.

At this leisure centre, you can also play five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball and badminton in the sports hall. Got a team of people in mind? You'll have a blast channelling all of your competitive energy while also keeping fit!

And what's more? Loosen up your muscles and relax post-workout in the spa bath. It's located next to the leisure pool and is free to fitness & swim members.

It's time re-energise! Whether you've had some productive swimming lessons or just finished one of your exercise classes, get that fuel back into your system at Cafe Vita. There are a wide variety of light snacks and refreshments from coffee to croissants, paninis, pasta, sandwiches and salads!

Customers are welcome to eat in or, for those in a rush, all items are also available to take out.
