Roseshire Festival is a brand new family-friendly music festival coming to Chester House Estate, Northamptonshire, on 29th–30th August 2026. As the only major music festival of its kind in Northamptonshire, Roseshire aims to bring nationally recognised artists, family entertainment and a true summer festival atmosphere to the county, creating something local people can be proud of for years to come.
Built by Northamptonshire people for Northamptonshire, Roseshire Festival has been created with the aim of bringing together live music, community spirit and family entertainment in one of the county’s most unique countryside locations. The festival is designed to become a long-term part of Northamptonshire’s cultural calendar, giving families and music fans across the region the opportunity to enjoy a major festival experience without travelling long distances to larger cities.
Set within the beautiful grounds of Chester House Estate near Wellingborough, Roseshire Festival combines major live music performances, emerging local artists, family activities, funfair attractions, street food vendors, bars and interactive entertainment across a full August Bank Holiday weekend.
Saturday at Roseshire focuses on indie, alternative and live music, featuring nationally recognised artists alongside emerging Northamptonshire talent. Headline artists currently announced for Saturday include The Charlatans, Embrace, Cast and The Bluetones, alongside local and regional artists including The Vandervalls, The B Sides, Luna Bug, Luna Rosa, The Scenesters, Joanna, Veins and After Self.
Sunday has a stronger family-friendly atmosphere while still delivering a major live music experience. Sunday headline artists include Boyzlife, Eternal, Chris Moyles 90s Hangover and The Hoosiers, alongside performances from The South, Maddox Jones, Jamie Benkert, Allo and Northants Sings Out.
Families visiting Roseshire Festival can also enjoy a wide range of children’s entertainment and attractions throughout the weekend. Entertainment includes tribute performances inspired by artists and pop culture favourites such as Taylor Swift Tribute, Sabrina Carpenter Tribute and K-Pop Live, alongside dinosaur experiences, bubbleologists, family entertainers, funfair rides and interactive activities designed for younger visitors.
The festival has been created with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in mind, helping visitors enjoy a full day out together in the Northamptonshire countryside. Roseshire Festival aims to provide an affordable alternative to larger national festivals while still delivering a high-quality event experience featuring nationally recognised artists and productions.

Roseshire Festival also places a strong focus on supporting local businesses, charities, musicians and suppliers throughout the event. Alongside major artists, the festival aims to showcase Northamptonshire talent and create opportunities for local organisations to be part of a growing community-led event.
The festival site at Chester House Estate provides plenty of open space for visitors to enjoy the event comfortably, with dedicated parking, accessible facilities, food and drink areas, entertainment zones and family attractions spread across the grounds. Festival shuttle buses will also operate from both Wellingborough and Northampton train stations throughout the weekend, helping visitors travel easily to and from the site.
Roseshire Festival hopes to grow into a major annual event for Northamptonshire, creating something that families, music fans and local communities can look forward to every summer. Early booking is recommended as ticket prices increase across release phases and some ticket types are limited.
