Thruxton Kart Centre has got some serious thrill factor, alongside those all important safety features, for a day full of super speed excitement!
Drag racers aged 8 years and older can get karting with 4bhp, 120cc Cadetkarts, while slightly older kids from 12 years and up can have a crack at a real driving experience with the 5.5bhp, 160cc Stratoskarts. If those tech terms mean nothing to you, don’t worry - simply put they’re safe and serious fun!
Options include ‘Arrive and Drive’ where you just turn up, or Junior Sprint Races and Junior Cadet Club where you’d do well to book ahead. Classes and parties are available, as is Skid Pan Driving where youngsters can make like the movies and learn how to control a sliding car.
