The distillery offer an interactive session to each visitor (and Bombay Sapphire Distillery Discovery tours) about the care, skill and artistry behind every drop of Bombay Sapphire. Craft signature cocktails under the roof of one of Hampshire's much-loved historic buildings. Discover the flavours of the botanicals which make Bombay Sapphire gin so unique.
On the Adult Discovery Experience you can enjoy a hosted tour of the Bombay Sapphire Distillery - psst, you'll be greeted with a cocktail on arrival. Learn about the rare vapour infusion distillation process which makes this gin so exquisite. Follow your guide through the Botanical Dry Room and sink your taste buds into your favourite flavour preferences and hey, even discover some new ones! Dig up some golden nuggets of the fascinating history behind Thomas Heatherwick's inspired design. Trail through the elegant glasshouses and master your knowledge on the 10 exotic botanicals of Bombay Sapphire and find out about the unique vapour infusion process used in the Dakin Still House. It's perfect if you are looking for an authentic experience for adults.
If you want to learn and make cocktails then the Gin Cocktail Masterclass is for you! In this interactive session, you can embrace cocktail culture whether you are an experienced cocktail creator or a newbie in the cocktail club. This is a unique opportunity to chat to and learn from Gin Experts as well as learning about the tools in the bar trade. Discover tricks of the trade as you listen to the tantalising tales of experienced mixologists, outlining the do's, don'ts & disasters in cocktail making. Take a spin behind the cocktail making station, use key cocktail accessories, build up your flavour profile and savour the fruits of your labour.
