Think of the classic 80s day out roller skating, revamped with a fully modern sound system and spectacular lighting so you can glide round the ring to your favourite tunes. With skate sizes ranging from junior size 9 to adult size 14, the rink is suitable for all. You could maybe even throw in a few dance moves to embarrass the kids with!
Roller skating’s never thought of as a really tough workout but in just an hour you could burn up to 360 calories! Ditch that boot camp session and get down to the rink with the kids for a fun-filled active day out.
