Climbing
Looking for an exciting and active adventure for your little ones? Our fun climbing walls are a fantastic way for kids to challenge themselves, burn off some energy, and enjoy a totally different kind of play – no climbing experience needed! These walls are designed to be non-technical and super fun, making them perfect for beginners and young climbers looking to try something new in a safe and supportive environment.
Ideal for children aged 4 and up (as long as they meet the minimum harness waist size of 54cm), our climbing sessions encourage kids to build confidence, coordination, and strength – all while having a blast. It's a great way for children to stay active and enjoy a hands-on, physical activity that feels more like play than exercise.
For safety and comfort, all climbers must wear trainers, and we ask that loose clothing and jewellery be avoided. Long hair should be tied back to ensure everyone can climb safely. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by a parent or guardian during the session.
Whether your child is a natural climber or just keen to give it a go, our climbing wall offer a brilliant, high-energy day.
Soft Play
Looking for a fun-filled indoor adventure for your little ones? Head to the Soft Play at Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre in Royal Greenwich – the perfect spot for children under 8 to explore, play, and burn off some energy in a safe and vibrant environment.
Designed to encourage active and imaginative play, our soft play area includes exciting features that little explorers will love! Kids can swing, climb, crawl, and bounce their way through the fun-packed space, which includes a Toddler and Sensory Zone for younger children who prefer a gentler play experience.
Highlights include the Swing Pad, Monkey Bars Swing Challenge, Wobbly Puzzle Trap, Vertical and Horizontal Squeeze Rollers, Biff Snakes, and even a Walk of Fear Polycarb Deck for the brave! There are also Wobbly Characters and Biff Bash Bags to keep the giggles going from start to finish.
It’s the perfect way for children to develop balance, coordination, and confidence – all while having a blast. Whether you're looking for a rainy-day activity or something fun to add to your day out, our soft play is a must-visit for little adventurers. Come and join the fun at Sutcliffe Park!
