The Outdoors Project is about playing outdoors whatever the weather, being silly, having fun, making new friends & learning some new skills. Kids come home with rosy cheeks and big smiles! Whether your child is roasting s’mores over a campfire, building their own shelter, crafting a wand, or racing to survive a Nerf zombie attack, one thing’s for sure, they’ll be outdoors, unplugged, and having the time of their life.
Birthday parties: Outdoors Project birthday parties are legendary for their energy, creativity and excitement. “The best party ever!” - that’s the verdict from many of our young adventurers (and their parents!)
Afterschool Clubs: After school clubs run outdoors all year round on the school premises once school finishes.
We have new activities every week & every term, all designed to keep our young members moving, socialising, exercising & continuing to gain new experiences and skills.
Clubs are Ofsted registered & we accept Childcare Vouchers & Tax Free Childcare. All our staff are DBS checked & we have first aid trained instructors at every club.
Holiday clubs: Outdoors Project holiday clubs are perfect for families looking for screen-free fun, practical childcare, and something a bit different from the usual. With new themes every day, there’s always something fresh to look forward to.
Curriculum based workshops for schools: The Outdoor Project Bristol can create taylor made workshops for your school. Our most popualr days include Vikings, Stone ages and Iron age.

Here at The Outdoors Project, we love to party! Our parties are packed with fun, silliness, games, adventure & fresh air, and ran by The Outdoors Project's super energetic & fun instructors. There's a range of exciting activities to choose from, from energetic outdoor activities & games, to chilled out nature-based crafts.
Minecraft vs Wildcraft - Build & maintain your village/den, earn reward pixels & protect your land & villagers. Watch out for the Creeper!
Nerf - Nerf action! Capture the Flag, Search & Destroy, & base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!
Bushcraft - Toast tasty marshmallows, & either build a survival shelter OR master your fire lighting skills!
Harry Potter - Design & craft an enchanted wand by whittling wood & adding a core from the forest floor (or something from our magical collection). Then cast some spells in our magical games!
‘Among Us’ Spy Camp - Based on the popular video game, for those wannabe spies & spaceship survivors. Hone your skills in deception, mystery, & intrigue… Join us for an outdoor adaptation of Among Us, as you work out who the imposter is & create your very own character to take home.
HOLIDAY CLUBS - ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW…..
Nature Ninjas:
Join us as we learn how to take care of our planet through a day of hands-on nature fun! We’ll try eco guerrilla gardening, head out on a bug hunt to explore tiny habitats & make plant print art inspired by the patterns in nature. A day about noticing the wonders in nature & learning simple ways to help our planet thrive!
Bushcraft Vs Minecraft
Minecraft comes to life outdoors! Team up to build your village using real bushcraft skills, earn reward pixels for completing survival challenges, & search for hidden resources to craft your tools. Take on Creeper & Lava Chicken games, protect your base, & experience Minecraft like never before!
NERF
NEW for 2026! We’ll team up to engineer giant robots, design our own mini clay machines & bring them to life before stepping into our high energy Nerf missions.
