Attraction Information
The fun at Stanwick Lakes includes water-play, with small stream and water wheels, a large sand play area, plus a climbing tower and giant slide. Children have the potential to get wet so a towel and a change of clothes may be useful!
The Hideaway is their indoor play facility, a frankly beautiful nautical themed adventure play zone which will literally delight every child that sees it.
Set along a loop of one of the loveliest parts of Stanwick Lakes is the Adventure Trail. Four different pieces of play equipment provide the incentive for youngsters to explore: 2 climbing rocks (the larger especially appeals to older children and teenagers), a rope bridge over the water, a giant tyre swing and zip wire are all waiting to be discovered.
In the Discovery Zone there are feely boxes, displays, games and many other activities to enjoy. Craft sessions frequently take place, especially on event days.
Plus sculpture trails, bird-watching, boating and more besides. Loads to see, loads to do, loads of reasons to go!
