Did someone say the ultimate summer picnic?
There are also lots of accessible cycle paths that run through the park perfect for bike rides, wheelchairs and pushchairs! Fancy a little workout? The park has a range of fitness equipment and circular routes ideal for walkers and runners.
The country park is a combination of 'cared for' and 'wild' areas, split by the River Cherwell with the Oxford Canal on the western side. There are wooden bridges that connect both sides. Across the river, there's a wilder part with lots of trees, bushes, and nature trails, looked after with the help of Wild Banbury to support local wildlife.

Spiceball Country Park has a well-furbished children's play area complete with swings, a climbing frame and more. There's even a skate park next to the play area with 2 skateboard ramps to tackle.
There are also plenty of benches next to the circular footpaths, so you can relax while your kids burn off that excess energy!
