Attraction Information

The Sheringham Beach is serviced and features toilets with disabled facilities, public showers and beach huts, refreshments can be found in the many cafes and snack bars nearby.

There is excellent swimming and surfing to be had and lifeguard service is on duty from spring bank holiday weekend to the end of the school summer holidays in September.

The beach completely disappears at high tide (which gives you a chance to have a look round the lovely seaside town). Nearby attractions include arcades and the North Norfolk Steam Railway (01263 820800).

Please note that dogs are strictly not permitted on the beach between May and September.
