Yes, we welcome all! Our cafe has high chairs, and The Buzz also offers baby-only sessions in the inflatable area!

All of our climbing facilities are located on the ground floor. We have a cafe, which is located upstairs, but a member of the team can pop over and take your order and bring it down to you.

Unfortunately, not, due to previous issues, we are no longer able to allow our users to bring in their four-legged family members. Service/assistance dogs are allowed, however.

Boof's Cafe on the mezzanine level offers a full range of hot and cold food and drink. You can pop up to order, or speak with a staff member at reception who will get one of the team to pop over to you and take your order.

The cafe isn't accessible as it overlooks the entire centre, all of the activities, however, are on the ground floor, so they can be enjoyed by all!

Our instructors are on hand to help, too, so if you are a wheelchair user and want to climb, you can! Just be sure to let us know when you book so we can set up the necessary equipment.

We do indeed! We offer climbing parties with food and room options, along with parties in The Buzz, our inflatable adventure park.
