Attraction Information
Malvern Hills GeoCentre is the official visitor information centre for the Geopark Way. Its position on the western slopes of the Hills at the Wyche cutting gives beautiful views over Herefordshire.
Large and colourful wall maps in the Centre show the Geopark and demonstrate the geology of the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our interactive iPads mounted on our unique ‘iPad trees' encourage visitors to learn all about the archaeology, nature, water and history of the Hills. We also have frequent weekend geology and archaeology road shows, where everyone can get hands on with the fossils and learn all about the hills they're walking on.
Cafe H20 within the centre serves a variety of homemade delights and lots of light lunch choices including jacket potatoes, toasted sandwiches and soups. The cafe meals are all child-friendly and delicious, with lots of ice creams in the summer months. Cafe H20 also stocks a wide range of locally sourced food and drink, including Clive's Fruit Juice, Holywell Spring Water and Bennetts Farm Ice Cream. These are great with our delicious homemade cakes and cookies, perfect with a cup of speciality tea or coffee.
The centre has a large, free on-site car park; fully disabled access, and a range of highchairs and baby changing facilities.
There is also free WiFi available, and entrance is free!
