Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World
Telford, ShropshireAbout Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World
Proudly named the 2nd Best Zoo in the UK by TripAdvisor for two consecutive years (2023 & 2024), Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World is an award-winning, family-run attraction delivering unforgettable days out for all ages.
Originally launched in 1991 as Hoo Farm Country Park, the site has grown over three decades into one of the Midlands’ leading wildlife attractions, even earning National Farm Park of the Year along the way. In 2004, it became a licensed zoo — and has continued to expand into the dynamic wildlife and dinosaur experience visitors love today.
Now home to sheep, cows, pigs and horses, alongside favourites such as meerkats, lemurs, servals, caracals and even wolves, the zoo offers an exciting mix of farmyard charm and exotic wildlife encounters.
